Erie Avenue Project

A public meeting to share development with the Erie Avenue Phase II project as well as provide ideas and concepts for resident feedback was held on March 6th in the LMU Board Room. The City and design team is looking for public input on the design concepts presented to aid in completion of design in 2023. Please feel free to email comments to erie@crossroadengineers.com. Feedback with be gathered over the next 30 days and it will be used to refine the final design.

The goals of the project are to take advantage of the existing Right-of-Way and create a connection to the Downtown District from the Residential District, improve the roadway while providing multi-modal accommodations, provide a new and safe corridor that is sensitive to the environment, and provide opportunities to build on the historic Erie Avenue.
